My experience. @ Sole Provisions was outstanding. I went in for a pair of sneakers for traveling. They brought me several options. I wound up buying a pair of OC and two additional pairs of shoes. The manager knew I would be traveling soon so he is sending the third pair directly to my home. I live in western Nassau I would highly recommend this store. They know their products, listen to the customer.’s needs. I will be back in the spring for sandals

This was my first experience going to sole provisions. I am a nurse and was referred to this store by one of my co-workers who had a wonderful experience. I went today and cannot rave more about William and Dan who helped me and took time finding the perfect sneaker for me. I will definitely be returning and referring my co-workers, family and friends to go as well. The time that William and Dan took with me was amazing and I left with the perfect sneaker for my needs.

Exceptional Service at Sole Provisions – Ask for William! I had the pleasure of visiting Sole Provisions, where William Frederick II provided outstanding customer service while helping my 97-year-old mother find the perfect pair of sneakers. With incredible patience and kindness, he assisted her in trying on multiple styles until she found the ideal fit—a Brooks sneaker that offered excellent support and comfort. William’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made the entire experience enjoyable. We even nicknamed my mom Cinderella because of how dedicated he was to finding her perfect match! If you’re looking for high-quality footwear and top-notch service, I highly recommend Sole Provisions—and be sure to ask for William!

What a delightful experience it was coming to Sole Provisions, and Juliet deserves all the credit. I had been looking for ankle boots for a while, but could never find something that worked. Juliet was supremely helpful from the start, and gave the most personalized shoe shopping experience I've ever had-- measuring my feet, physically assisting with putting the boots on me, and giving advice for specific boot options that lined up with what I was looking for. Her knowledge and no-pressure approach made our entire time at Sole Provisions so comfortable, and I ended up leaving with an incredible pair of stylish, practical, high quality boots that checked all my boxes. Thank you!

Great customer service, great quality shoes, and variety. The quality of the shoes here is much better in this store than commercial shoe stores. Highly recommended, check it out!

I had the best experience at Sole Provisions yesterday. I needed advice on which type of sneaker would work best with my foot issues (I have many!) William was extremely courteous, helpful and patient with the whole process. I have shopped here before, and it never disappoints. Sole Provisions is lucky to have such a wonderful, caring employee such as William.

I highly recommend Sole Provisions. Juliette was extremely knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. They had great old school, shoe store feels. They measure your foot to ensure you’re sizing is correct and even recommend other shoes for your foot type. Amazing customer service which is hard to find nowadays. Thanks, Juliette!

I would give Daniel at Sole Provisions ten stars if I could. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He knew exactly what type of sneakers would be a best fit for my narrow feet, as well as suit my needs. Daniel is personable and patient. I highly recommend that you go to Sole Provisions to get fitted properly for sneakers. The selection is great and service is amazing!

It was a pleasure having Dan for my sales person. He was so helpful & Friendly. He certainly knows his shoes! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I actually bought two pairs Of boots . He showed me the second pair, and I bought them, so comfy ! He was very friendly to everyone in the store. I will tell family and friends about this store and the excellent service.
